Rajendra says that he has a team of about 45 people. This team registers farmers online. After this, pesticides etc. are provided to the farmers on getting online orders.

The company’s head of operations is Chandrakanta, wife of Rajendra. She says that her company also finances farmers up to 10,000 rupees. 12 percent interest is charged on this. At the same time, the company provides pesticides to farmers at 5-10% below market rate.
